Want More is seeking a Floral Designer in Qatar to create unique floral arrangements for weddings, parties, and events. You will collaborate with clients to understand preferences, design within budgets, and source fresh flowers from suppliers.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years of floral design experience, knowledge of flowers and care, strong English communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a floral designer or similar role.
• Knowledge of different types of flowers, their care, and arrangement techniques.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic a plus).

Responsabilités

• Meet with clients to discuss floral needs and preferences.
• Create designs based on client budget and event theme.
• Source and purchase flowers from suppliers.
• Arrange flowers into bouquets, centerpieces, wreaths, etc.
• Maintain inventory and order materials as needed.
• Ensure timely completion for delivery or event setup.

Floral Designer

A floral designer is responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, parties, and other events. The ideal candidate should have a passion for flowers, creativity, and attention to detail. They should also possess strong communication skills to work with clients and understand their needs. A good understanding of different types of flowers, color schemes, and design techniques is essential. The candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences
• Create designs based on client's budget and event theme
• Source and purchase flowers from suppliers
• Arrange flowers into bouquets, centerpieces, wreaths, etc.
• Maintain an inventory of supplies and order new materials when needed
• Ensure all arrangements are completed on time for delivery or event set up
• Provide excellent customer service at all times

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a floral designer or similar role
• Knowledge of different types of flowers, their care instructions, and arrangement techniques
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
• Creative thinking abilities with an eye for detail
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
