Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering is seeking a Flagman to control and direct vehicle and pedestrian movement on site in Doha, Qatar. The role requires 2–3 years of experience in O&G or construction and a basic education background, with safety training preferred.

You will monitor restricted areas, support safe traffic flow, and follow supervisor instructions in an outdoor work setting. Candidates should be able to work outdoors, communicate effectively, and comply with all site safety procedures

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as Flagman in O&G or construction.
• Safety training certificate preferred.
• Good knowledge and experience of traffic control and site safety.
• Ability to work outdoors and follow supervisor instructions.

Responsibilities

• Control and guide vehicle and pedestrian movement at site.
• Assist in safe traffic flow during construction and site activities.
• Use flags, hand signals, and communication methods to direct movement.
• Monitor restricted areas and ensure only authorized access.
• Follow site safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.
