Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering in Doha is seeking a Civil Foreman to supervise daily construction activities including excavation, formwork, reinforcement, concreting and finishing works on major projects.

You will allocate manpower, materials and equipment, read drawings to ensure compliance, coordinate with site engineers and subcontractors, and enforce safety and quality reporting. This role requires strong on-site leadership, precise measurement and meticulous record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Civil Foreman on construction projects.
• ITI, Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant construction trade qualification preferred.
• Strong practical knowledge of civil works, construction methods and materials.
• Ability to interpret drawings, take site measurements and estimate material requirements.
• Proven ability to supervise workers and coordinate multiple site activities.
• Good understanding of construction safety, quality standards and progress reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil construction activities, including excavation, formwork, reinforcement, concreting, masonry and finishing works.
• Allocate manpower, materials and equipment to meet project schedules and daily targets.
• Read approved drawings and ensure work complies with specifications and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors and other trades to resolve site issues and arrange inspections.
• Enforce safety procedures, monitor progress and maintain daily site records.
