Swan Global is seeking an experienced Finance SCM Tech Manager / Technology Solution Architect to provide end-to-end architecture support for Finance and SCM systems, leading solution design, integration, and delivery.

The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with functional finance/SCM knowledge and strong leadership to drive digital transformation, working with ERP platforms (SAP/Oracle) and complex data integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Masters preferred).
• Proven experience as a Technology Solution Architect / Tech Manager with focus on Finance and Supply Chain domains.
• Strong expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and related modules.
• Experience in system integration, data migration, and digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of SCM processes (procurement, logistics, inventory, vendor management) and finance processes (GL, AP, AR, budgeting, reporting).
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF).
• Strong understanding of security, compliance, and governance frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Fluency in Arabic (mandatory) and English.

Responsabilités

Role Overview:
