Job summary

Fraser Suites Doha is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial performance, cash flow management, cost control and risk practices. You will collaborate with the General Manager and leadership to prepare budgets, forecast cash needs and provide timely financial reporting to corporate owners.

The role requires hotel finance experience, CPA/CA qualification, and strong knowledge of local regulations. Excellent communication and integrity are essential for success in a multinational hospitality

Qualifications

Advanced degree in accounting, finance or related field.
Professional accounting designation (CPA/CA) preferred.
Experience in hotel finance or real estate development is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Prepare and submit the financial budget for Fraser Suites Doha in collaboration with GM and Director of Sales & Marketing.
Control operating expenses to meet financial objectives and improve profitability.
Forecast cash flows and manage working capital to support business needs.
Maintain fixed asset registers and oversee asset movements and disposals.
Coordinate with legal advisors and regulators to ensure regulatory compliance.
Produce monthly financial and management reports for Corporate Office and Owner.
