Job summary

Serco seeks a Fighter Pilot or WSO / CSO / NFO Operations SME for Air Combat Command’s CAF DTC at Langley AFB, VA. The role focuses on integrating training for U.S.

and allied aircrews through distributed mission operations and high-fidelity simulators to stay current on tactics and procedures. You will support LFEs and large-force exercises, participate in planning conferences, and provide expert consulting on training development and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR.
• Former Fighter Pilot, NFO, CSO, or WSO with experience on F-15C/E/EX, F-16C, F/A-18, EA-18G, F-22, or F-35.
• Operationally relevant experience within the past 10 years (simulator experience considered).
• Ability to travel 10%.

Responsibilities

• Support daily training by scheduling, mission planning, creating mission materials, briefing, executing, and debriefing LFEs and Small Team events.
• Attend CAF exercise planning conferences and sites to discuss training requirements and help incorporate them into missions.
• Provide consulting expertise to military and defense clients to develop and evaluate training and doctrine, including scenario development and data analysis.
