Location:

OCONUS, Qatar

Position:

Field Service Representative (System Administrator)

Overview:

ITC Defense is looking to add a full-time Field Service Representative (Systems Administrator) in Qatar for the Combined Enterprise Regional Exchange System (CENTRIXS). The position will require operations support, maintenance, system administration, sustainment, and training for CENTRIXS and associated networked sites. Relocation benefits are provided.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide support in technical specifications development, process analysis and design, technical problem solving, and analytical/logical thinking.
2. Provide system administration, network administration, and IT services for CENTRIXS in Qatar.
3. Provide detailed descriptions of technical issues, site visits/engagements, trouble ticket metrics, and risks related to Qatar CENTRIXS systems, architecture, or network that arise in the performance of duties.
4. Support USG architecture planning for a CENTRIXS refresh and expansion.
5. Install and configure CENTRIXS client hardware/software.
6. Responsible for the installation and configuration of CENTRIXS related networks with communication security devices (COMSEC).
7. Act as System manager/integrator in the integration and implementation of IEEE 802.3 LAN, IEEE 1703-2012 WAN, and converged IP-services leveraging COTS technologies.
8. Provide experience in enterprise and campus WAN/LAN infrastructures in allied military (FMS) facilities worldwide.
9. Share information through the Common Operational Picture service and VoIP.
10. Support the development and writing of program-related documents.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Security Clearance level “Secret” or above and ability to maintain it.
• U.S. Citizen.
• Education: Associate’s Degree in Engineering Technology, math, or science; formal electronics training; or equivalent experience/education.
• Experience: 5 years with degree/training or 7 years practical experience in relevant fields.
• Certification: CompTIA Security+.
