Job summary

BAE Systems Doha seeks an ICT/Cybersecurity Engineer to support deployment, testing, commissioning and documentation of network and security systems across multiple sites. The role requires hands-on work and close collaboration with senior engineers on project execution.

You will coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams, perform configuration and testing, and maintain comprehensive network documentation. Travel within Doha is expected up to 70% to support site activities.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of ICT infrastructure or cybersecurity experience.
• Hands-on experience with network devices.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within Doha 70%.

Responsibilities

• Assist ICT team in planning, deployment, commissioning, and testing of network/security equipment across multiple sites.
• Plan site visits to support IT & Cybersecurity activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors and internal teams during project execution and site works.
• Support network connectivity testing, device configuration, cybersecurity compliance and verification.
• Prepare and maintain network documentation including configuration sheets, test reports, as-built drawings, and asset inventories.
• Assist in basic security configurations and hardening (firewall policies, user access control, etc.).
• Participate in FAT/SAT, acceptance testing, and handover documentation.
• Provide technical support during project rollout, integration, and operational transition.
• Travel within Doha for 70% of time.
