Looking for a Facility Manager for its FM Business operations .

Requirements

• The Candidate must be :
• A Candidate with hands on experience in day to day operations of the facilities.
• Experience in administration of facilities, maintenance, housekeeping, waste management, security management, security management and other services.
• Has Knowledge on landscaping, HVAC system, Interior Fixtures and furnishing, Construction / repairs etc.
• Knows the quality standards requirement related to FM.
• Has a service mindset.
• Experience in handling a team, know-how on scheduling, shifts and deployment of resources.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Experience in handling / managing the lease agreements, vendor agreements etc
