What you will be doing
  • Provide a friendly and personalized welcome to all guests
  • Offer attentive service, adapting to guest needs and preferences
  • Listen actively to guest feedback and ensure timely follow-up
  • Build strong guest relationships, offer helpful advice, and promote loyalty
  • Manage the welcome desk, seat allocation, and reservation book
  • Ensure guests are seated comfortably and receive the best available options
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and restaurant
  • Stay informed about daily menu items and any shortages before each shift
  • Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and in good working condition
