Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Accepting payments from customers
• Balancing the cash drawer at the end of every shift
• Processing credit/debit card transactions
• Accurately handling cash, checks, and other forms of payment
• Counting back change to customers accurately
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the store
• Assisting customers with product selection and answering questions about merchandise
• Assisting in stocking shelves and maintaining store appearance
