Join our award-winning F&B team and shape seasonal menus, mentor a diverse kitchen brigade, and ensure HACCP compliance and premium sourcing.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.
• Expertise in Greek cuisine with traditional techniques and regional ingredients.
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen operations of the Greek restaurant with focus on quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Develop seasonal menus reflecting Greek traditions with a modern twist.
• Train and manage a diverse culinary team to maintain high performance.
• Oversee food cost control, inventory, and kitchen budgeting aligned with hotel standards.
• Collaborate with F&B leadership to elevate guest satisfaction and brand standards.
• Ensure HACCP, hygiene, and safety protocols at all times.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers for premium, authentic ingredients.
