Rise Enterprise seeks an Executive Chef to lead all culinary operations. You will set the culinary direction, oversee Head Chefs, and ensure consistent quality across outlets to reflect our brand. This role demands extensive kitchen leadership and strategic business acumen.

You will manage total kitchen budgets, drive menu innovation, ensure food safety compliance, and build supplier partnerships to optimize quality and costs while guiding brand growth and national openings.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree required; advanced business or hospitality management qualification is a strong plus.
• At least 15 years of kitchen experience, including several years as Head Chef or equivalent.
