A high-end Indian restaurant in Al-Rayyan is seeking an Executive Chef responsible for kitchen operations, menu innovation, and team leadership. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Indian cuisine and strong management skills. This is a full-time role offering a competitive salary of $1600 per month with potential for growth.
Head Chef
As a Head Chef at our high-end Indian restaurant in Al-Rayyan, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen and ensuring the quality and consistency of our menu offerings. Your role will involve creating new dishes and maintaining our current menu, managing inventory and ordering supplies, training and supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as an Executive Chef, preferably in Indian cuisine, with a deep understanding of flavor profiles and cooking techniques. You must also have strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month. English fluency is required for effective communication with our multinational team. While prior experience is preferred, we are also open to hiring talented individuals without previous experience who are willing to learn and grow in this role. This position does not come with accommodation, but we can provide assistance in finding suitable housing.
