Job summary

Workato is seeking an English Tutor to teach Egyptian students in Lusail, Qatar. This contract role offers a monthly salary of 1600$. The tutor will tailor lessons for individual students and track progress, ensuring clear communication with families and collaboration with fellow tutors.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Education or English, at least 2 years ESL experience, and excellent command of English grammar and vocabulary. Experience with international students is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience teaching English as a second language.
Excellent knowledge of English grammar and vocabulary.
Experience working with international students or diverse backgrounds preferred.
Strong communication skills and ability to adapt teaching methods based on student needs.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging and interactive English lessons to Egyptian students
Assess students' language proficiency and track their progress
Create customized lesson plans based on students' individual learning needs
Utilize a variety of teaching techniques to cater to different learning styles
Provide regular feedback and support to students to help them improve their language skills
Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding students' progress
Collaborate with other tutors or teachers to share resources and ideas
