Job summary

PeakFleet in Lusail, Qatar seeks a dedicated English Language Tutor to guide learners of diverse ages. You will deliver one-on-one sessions, assess progress, and tailor engaging lesson plans to each student’s level. A Bachelor’s in Education or Linguistics and at least 2 years of ESL teaching are required. Accommodation is provided; Indian nationals favored.

Excellent communication, adaptability, and comfort with online tutoring tools are essential to help students improve their English skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics or related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience teaching English as a second language.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Ability to adapt teaching methods based on individual student needs.
Strong knowledge of ESL teaching techniques including grammar, pronunciation and vocabulary building.
Experience working with students of different ages and cultural backgrounds.
Proficiency in using technology for online tutoring.

Responsibilities

Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions with students
Evaluate students proficiency level and create personalized lesson plans
Provide guidance and support to help students improve their English language skills
Monitor and track student progress through regular assessments
Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student performance and progress
Collaborate with other tutors and teachers to improve teaching methods and materials
