Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Plant Inspector for Qatar to execute and support inspection activities during EPC and Startup phases, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operation of new facilities with early defect detection.

The role requires HND in Engineering and ~4 years of in-service inspection experience, with strong English communication and proficiency in Meridium and standard NDT methods. You will report to the Inspection Engineer and coordinate with site teams.

Qualifications

• HND in Engineering is required.
• 4 years of in-service inspection experience.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Perform external visual and NDT inspections on vessels, boilers, piping and equipment.
• Prepare inspection reports and use Meridium or similar software.
• Supervise field works and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Maintain inspection tools and coordinate with Inspection Engineer.
