Job summary

WealthGuard USA is seeking a Waiter (English Speaking) for our Al-Khor restaurant. You will greet guests, take orders, serve meals and ensure timely delivery while maintaining a high standard of service.

The role requires fluent English, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Salary is 1300 USD per month on a full-time contract with visa sponsorship; accommodation is not provided.

Qualifications

• Experience as a waiter in a busy restaurant or hotel preferred.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Customer service oriented and able to handle difficult situations.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Provide recommendations on menu items and answer questions about the menu.
• Maintain knowledge of daily specials, ingredients, and allergens.
• Handle guest complaints with grace and escalate to management if needed.
• Process payments accurately using POS system.
• Keep tables clean and presentable at all times.
• Assist with setting up and clearing tables before and after service.
