WealthGuard USA is seeking a Waiter (English Speaking) for our Al-Khor restaurant. You will greet guests, take orders, serve meals and ensure timely delivery while maintaining a high standard of service.

The role requires fluent English, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Salary is 1300 USD per month on a full-time contract with visa sponsorship; accommodation is not provided.

Qualificações

Our restaurant in Al-Khor is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Waiter to join our team. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

• Take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure timely delivery of orders
• Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions about the menu
• Maintain knowledge of daily specials, ingredients, and allergens
• Handle guest complaints with grace and escalates to management if needed
• Process payments accurately using POS system
• Keep tables clean and presentable at all times
• Assist with setting up and clearing tables before and after service

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Waiter in a busy restaurant or hotel setting preferred
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
• Knowledge of food safety regulations preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

We offer competitive salary of 1300$ per month, contract job with own visa sponsorship. Please note that this position does not include accommodation. Applicants must have at least 12 years of education. Foreigners are welcome to apply.
