Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year working experience as a Bank Teller or in a similar role.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash and performing transactions.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with banking software and computer skills.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other banking transactions
• Handle cash and checks carefully and accurately
• Explain bank products and services to customers and cross-sell when appropriate
• Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and balance cash drawers at the end of each shift
• Follow all bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
• Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
• Stay updated on industry trends, bank products, and services to provide the best possible service to customers
