We are hiring a skilled and experienced Bank Teller to join our team at Al-Khor Bank in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a bank teller, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions, and promoting bank products and services. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available.

• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and refer customers to appropriate departments
• Maintain knowledge of current banking policies, procedures, and regulations
• Resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Balance cash drawers at the end of each shift
• Follow all security protocols to ensure the safety of customer information and bank assets

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in finance or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a bank teller or similar role
• Fluent in English (Malayalee speakers preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in using computer systems and basic math skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
