Job summary

People Dynamics in Doha, Qatar, is seeking an experienced Endpoint Security Engineer to deploy, configure and manage EDR, AV and DLP solutions to protect against advanced threats. You will harden endpoint configurations to minimize attack surface and investigate incidents with forensic analysis and remediation.

The role requires 3–5 years in endpoint security, and hands-on experience with CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, or SentinelOne, along with relevant security certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CEH, GIAC, or Microsoft Security certifications.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in endpoint security engineering or related cybersecurity role.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure and manage endpoint security solutions like EDR, AV, and DLP to protect against advanced threats.
• Develop and implement robust endpoint hardening policies and configurations to minimize attack surface.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents detected on endpoints, performing forensic analysis and remediation.
• Monitor endpoint security alerts and logs, proactively identifying and mitigating potential security risks.
