Job summary

Uasmart is seeking a Resident Engineer in Qatar with deep enterprise DLP experience, focusing on Microsoft Purview Information Protection, Forcepoint DLP, CASB and secure web proxy technologies. You will implement, manage and support data security environments, handling data discovery, labeling, encryption and incident management.

This one-year contract requires strong compliance knowledge and hands-on security operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or a related field.
• Forcepoint DLP Certified Professional/Engineer certification.
• Microsoft Security, Compliance and Identity certification relevant to Microsoft Purview, or proven hands‑on implementation and operational experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with enterprise DLP, Microsoft Purview Information Protection, data classification, CASB and secure web proxy management.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage enterprise DLP solutions and policies.
• Configure, tune and manage Forcepoint DLP policies and incidents.
• Manage Microsoft Purview Information Protection capabilities.
• Configure sensitivity labels, labeling policies and Sensitive Information Types.
• Support auto-labeling, encryption and Information Rights Management.
• Integrate Microsoft Purview capabilities with DLP solutions.
• Manage Forcepoint CASB and Proxy for data discovery, risk assessment and access governance.
• Monitor security posture and cloud application controls.
• Support endpoint DLP and network monitoring.

• Knowledge of GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS and ISO 27001.
• Hands‑on experience with endpoint DLP, network monitoring and cloud application controls.
• Knowledge of advanced data discovery across structured and unstructured environments.
• Familiarity with SIEM platforms for DLP and DSPM integration.
• Experience in managed security services or consulting engagements.
• Must be currently available in Qatar.
