Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Designing and creating new dessert menu items that meet the standards of the hotel.
• Preparing and baking a variety of pastries, cakes, breads, and other desserts.
• Ensuring all pastries and desserts are presented in an attractive manner.
• Training and supervising junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff.
• Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
