Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering in Doha, Qatar, is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician for full-time maintenance of electro-mechanical equipment, motors, and pumps. You will inspect, troubleshoot, and repair faults, install and commission equipment, and read technical drawings and manuals to ensure safe, efficient operations.

The role requires 1–3 years of electro-mechanical maintenance experience and a Diploma or technical qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electro-Mechanical

Qualifications

• Diploma or technical qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
• Relevant experience in electro-mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• 1-3 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electro-mechanical equipment, motors, pumps, and machinery.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical faults.
• Carry out equipment installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify potential faults to minimize downtime.
• Replace defective components and ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.
• Maintain maintenance records, inspection reports, and work orders.
• Follow safety procedures, permit-to-work requirements, and applicable industry standards.
