Job summary

Swan Global is seeking an Electrical Technician to perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems across office and recreational facilities. You will ensure safe, reliable operation and support PLC‑controlled equipment, while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

The role requires 5+ years of experience in electrical maintenance, familiarity with electrical drawings, and the ability to work in shifts including weekends. GCC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of electrical maintenance experience.
• GCC experience preferred.
• Experience with large electrical systems and substations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and installations.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
• Diagnose faults and minimize downtime; supervise contractors as needed.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
• Support PLC-related maintenance; Siemens PLC knowledge is a plus.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Participate in shift work, including weekends and holidays.
