Job summary

Swan Global Holdings Group seeks an experienced Electrical Supervisor for an Oil & Gas project in Mesaieed and Dukhan, Qatar. You will lead electrical installation activities, supervise engineers and crews, and ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and safety requirements.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, 7 years in Oil & Gas, QE approval and valid E-PTW certification, and hands-on supervision of HV/LV switchgear and transformer installation.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 7 years of Oil & Gas experience.
• QE (QatarEnergy) approval is mandatory.
• Valid E-PTW is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily electrical installation and site activities.
• Oversee HV/LV switchgear panel installation and related electrical works.
• Supervise engineers, technicians, contractors, and other site teams.
• Monitor work progress, quality, and adherence to project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with HSE procedures and Permit to Work (PTW) requirements.
