Job summary

A leading energy company in Qatar is seeking a seasoned supervisor to lead a multidisciplinary team of technicians in Campaign and Asset Maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in oil & gas production operations, particularly in Electrical systems. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, along with a proactive approach, are essential for this role. A Higher National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in O&G production operations or Electrical systems.
• Ability to implement operational objectives and drive performance.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Overview

Required Experience And Skills

• Industry Experience: Minimum 10 years' experience in O&G production operations, or Electrical systems or in similar industry.
• Fair experience and Knowledge in OT cyber security.
• Thorough understanding and application of industry process safety guidelines and procedures.
• Ability to set and implement operational objectives, drive performance and foster a performance culture.
• Highly motivated, flexible in approach and with a proactive mindset.
• Ability to work with large teams in a complex and multicultural environment. Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Computer literate in both MS Office suite and SAP CMMS.
