Wealth and Personal Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking, Wealth Management, and Global Private Banking. We aim to become one of the world’s largest wealth managers with USD 1.4 trillion in assets. Our dedicated colleagues serve millions of customers worldwide, offering a spectrum of services from personal banking for individuals and families to business owners, investors, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. Our products include bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans, mortgages, asset management, insurance, wealth management, and private banking tailored to customer needs.

We are seeking an ambitious individual to join our Wealth and Personal Banking team, working with colleagues to define, manage, and achieve divisional business targets.

In this role, you will:
  1. Maximize profit and growth of the Premier client portfolio.
  2. Achieve KPI objectives by developing existing and new relationships.
  3. Build effective client relationships to retain and grow sustainable business.
  4. Conduct regular reviews with clients to understand their needs and advise on suitable products and services.
  5. Use tools and information effectively to enhance client service and team performance.
  6. Maintain a standard of qualifying Premier clients within your portfolio as per Group guidelines.
  7. Develop a professional profile in the community and build a network of contacts to generate new business and promote the brand.
  8. Monitor daily sales activity and internal information tools to coach the team and support business goals.
  9. Maintain deep knowledge of relevant products and services to provide optimal solutions and maximize revenues.
  10. Ensure sales and operations comply with HSBC policies and lending guidelines.
  11. Maintain high standards of client service across the team and individual portfolios.
