Job Description
OBJECTIVE
This role is responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and enforcing the visual identity and market visibility of assigned brands. It involves managing marketing activities such as research, planning (including budgeting), validation, coordination, and execution for all assigned brands. The role requires excellent creativity to develop and execute marketing programs that increase brand identity and awareness in the market. The candidate must possess a high level of initiative, especially in researching the latest market trends, marketing strategies, and developing effective marketing plans within the assigned budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate in a fast-paced, broadly predictable sales environment, leveraging available financial and marketing intelligence to meet predefined short- and medium-term goals and brand strategies.
- Work within broadly defined guidelines and variable conditions to achieve the marketing department's goals and tasks.
- Report complex issues—such as deviations from norms—to the Marketing Manager for quick action and resolution.
- Assist the marketing manager in managing integrated marketing campaigns across offline and online channels.
- Provide recommendations for future strategic initiatives through competitive and financial analysis.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer requirements and competitive landscape.
- Translate complex data and analytical models into actionable insights for developing marketing strategies.
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
- Assist in outbound and inbound marketing activities, including content development for digital content, advertising, and event planning.
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach target audiences through appropriate channels such as digital social media, advertising campaigns, and email marketing.
- Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to inform future strategies.
- Liaise with relevant parties to ensure proper planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing activities.
- Stay updated with market and online trends relevant to each brand to ensure campaigns and promotions are current.
- Maintain awareness of best practices and marketing techniques/tools for successful campaigns and promotions.
- Implement digital marketing plans aligned with the division's strategy.
- Create visual concepts in collaboration with designers for promotional content.
- Coordinate with principals for content development.
- Develop and produce marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
- Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across various mediums.
- Work with external agencies for events and activations.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Media, Marketing, Advertising, or related discipline is required; a Master's degree is advantageous.
- Professional qualifications such as CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing) or similar from a recognized body are essential.
- 4-6 years of experience in multi-brand management and/or marketing of reputable brands.
- Good understanding of financial aspects related to marketing.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic, written and spoken.
- Well-presented with effective communication skills at all organizational levels.
- Proficient in MS Office.
