As part of our expansion in Middle East, Turkey & Africa (KMTA), we are prioritizing New Building Solutions to support our growth and customer strategy. We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Senior Sales Engineer with a customer-focused mindset, based in Sharjah.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and develop strategic relationships with key customers.
  2. Proactively identify solutions and develop value-adding processes for customers.
  3. Manage opportunities from current and new customers to maximize order book and profitability.
  4. Build trust, value, and loyalty through a service-oriented approach.
  5. Partner and collaborate across business units, influencing outcomes and driving results.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years in complex sales, business development, or key account management.
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, organized, with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to interpret customer needs and demonstrate passion for sales.
  • Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; Arabic is a plus.
  • UAE experience preferred.
