The ideal candidate should have a degree in hospitality and previous experience in the Front Office Department of a hotel. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential, along with knowledge of an additional language. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities are required. Computer literacy is necessary, and experience with Opera software is an advantage.
The successful candidate will be customer-driven, proactive, outgoing, charismatic, and approachable. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment is crucial. You should be a great team player, comfortable working with a multicultural team and diverse guests. Additional competencies include:
