A leading company in Qatar is seeking a skilled technical support specialist with expertise in VoIP and Telephony systems. The ideal candidate will provide support for business and hotel customers, design voice services, and manage PBX systems. Familiarity with Alcatel products and VMware is essential for this role.
The ideal candidate should have experience with Omni PCX Enterprise (OXE) or Alcatel Open Touch (OT), along with a strong working knowledge of VoIP and Telephony systems. Intermediate VMware experience is also required. The candidate must be capable of working collaboratively with users and IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
Experience with Alcatel Omni PCX Office (OXO), Omni Vista 8770 Software, and familiarity with hotel and call center customer environments are highly advantageous. VOIP monitor experience is also beneficial.
