We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Italian Head Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a culinary visionary with a deep understanding of Italian cuisine, capable of leading our kitchen brigade to consistently deliver exceptional dishes that delight our guests.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and oversee the execution of the menu, ensuring adherence to authentic Italian cooking techniques and flavors.
  2. Manage and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance on proper cooking methods, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
  3. Collaborate with the management team to plan and cost menus, monitor inventory, and maintain food quality standards.
  4. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as sanitation procedures, within the kitchen.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into menu development to keep offerings fresh and exciting.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food handling and storage guidelines.
Job requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef.
  • Extensive knowledge of Italian cuisine, including regional specialties and traditional cooking techniques.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire kitchen staff.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Creativity and innovation in menu development, with a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and proficiency in managing food costs and budgets.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred.
