We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Data Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Translate conceptual customer requirements into clear and functional specifications for project teams, ensuring effective communication and project execution.
2. Analyze data streams from systems and convert them into readable reports and dashboards.
3. Work within a fully integrated JD Edwards support environment.
4. Manage and analyze data related to Customer Relationship Management (CRM/C2M) systems.
5. Understand and analyze meter billing processes.
6. Utilize computer skills including proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation programs.
7. Support data analysis, process improvement, and business requirement interpretation to aid strategic decision-making with quantitative and qualitative insights.
