Are you an experienced operations leader with deep knowledge of medical and nursing products, supplier networks, and sales operations in Qatar’s healthcare industry?

Join our growing medical nursing company as we expand services across the region. We're looking for a results-driven Operations Manager who understands product management, logistics, supplier relations, and healthcare compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day operations across nursing, supply chain, and logistics
2. Manage medical product inventory, procurement, and quality standards
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with local & international suppliers
4. Support sales team with product insights, pricing strategies, and tender preparation
5. Ensure compliance with Qatar’s healthcare and medical regulations
6. Track KPIs, generate reports, and continuously optimize operational efficiency

Requirements:

1. 5+ years experience in healthcare operations or medical supplies
2. In-depth knowledge of medical products & nursing consumables
3. Strong network of suppliers and vendors within Qatar
4. Familiar with MoPH/Qatar regulations & medical tendering processes
5. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
