Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation, booking, and posting of daily receipts and collections.
• Support clients and insurance partners by handling their inquiries and providing timely assistance.
• Process and post accounting entries into the system for accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare payment checks and bank transfers in line with internal controls.
• Conduct reconciliations with insurance companies, clients, suppliers, and intercompany entities.
• Perform non-technical and technical bank reconciliations, ensuring accurate matches.
• Collaborate with production teams for bank clarifications and related journal entries.
• Prepare and monitor the cash flow of all entities in coordination with credit control.
• Assist in creating accounting dimensions to obtain more details on appointed accounts
• Support in generating financial reports in compliance with standard formats.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4 years of relevant experience in Accounting.
