Job description

We are a people-powered business seeking an HR Manager who understands that culture is key. Your role will be to create an enabling and empowering environment that brings out the best in our team and delivers memorable experiences to our guests.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
  1. Creating programs to foster a positive work environment for all employees.
  2. Supporting and administering the annual team member satisfaction survey.
  3. Welcoming and orienting new staff members.
  4. Developing creative ways to inspire and motivate the team to provide exceptional guest experiences.
  5. Managing employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant laws, policies, and procedures.
  6. Designing and implementing training programs tailored to departmental needs in collaboration with Department Heads, ensuring effective training sessions.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma, secondary education, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of related HR experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Some college courses in Human Resources, Employment Law, or related fields are preferred.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
