A reputed government hospital in Qatar is looking for a dynamic Executive Director – Business Development (Corporate Customer Services) to lead hospital support services, drive strategic growth, and ensure alignment with JCI standards and healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage hospital support services and strategic business development.
• Ensure compliance with JCI and national healthcare regulations.
• Oversee KPIs, budgets, and operational performance across departments.
• Guide cross-functional teams and facilitate high-impact facility projects.
• Identify and evaluate collaboration, licensing, and acquisition opportunities.
• Mentor and lead the Business Development team toward excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree + Master’s in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
