Job description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator for our luxury flower business, Moyses Steven.

Key Responsibilities:



  1. Expand the company's market share by increasing sales for B2B and B2C through the promotion of floral, indoor plant design, and supply.

  2. Handle events of various sizes through different channels, especially weddings.

  3. Promote and sell floral designs and wedding event packages to hotels, corporate, and individual clients.

  4. Maintain excellent rapport with clients and partners while working closely with the Operations Team to meet and exceed client expectations.

  5. Ensure accounts are stocked with fresh flowers and indoor plants, and foster relationships with accounts staff for more event bookings from concierge and events teams.

  6. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs fully.

  7. Monitor client satisfaction and follow up on feedback.

  8. Ensure profitability of accounts within target margins.

  9. Present and sell banquet and concierge albums, events, Christmas, Ramadan, and other special occasion packages to increase revenue.

  10. Participate in weekly meetings with the Operations Manager and Senior Florists to discuss issues, ideas, packages, and events.

  11. Prepare and manage fixed and variable packages with assistance from the Operations Manager.

  12. Ensure all relevant reports are submitted to the direct manager.

  13. Respond to requests via email and work with the team to ensure client satisfaction.

  14. Prepare all events and plan activities for smooth operations.

Skills:



  1. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales.

  2. Design experience is an advantage but not necessary.

  3. Previous experience in hospitality and fast-paced environments is essential.

  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  5. Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and time management skills.

  6. Ability to handle multiple demands and prioritize workloads.

  7. Ability to deliver high-quality services in a fast-paced environment.

  8. Self-starter with high energy levels.

  9. Ability to work under pressure and handle complaints effectively.

  10. Ability to work independently and on initiative.

  11. Punctuality and reliability.

  12. Minimum Grade C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
