Job Description

1. Key responsibilities:
2. Prepare cost estimates for fire alarm, firefighting, and life safety systems in accordance with NFPA, QCDD, and local regulations.
3. Review project specifications, drawings, and tender documents to understand technical requirements.
4. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to gather competitive pricing and technical information.
5. Draft and submit technical and commercial proposals within deadlines.
6. Collaborate with sales and design teams to develop accurate and competitive quotations.
7. Conduct site visits as necessary to assess project scope and feasibility.
8. Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.
9. Stay updated on current market prices, regulatory guidelines, and industry trends.

Requirements

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
2. 1-2 years of experience in estimation, specifically in fire & safety sector.
3. Good understanding of fire alarm, firefighting, and emergency lighting systems.
4. Knowledge of NFPA codes and QCDD regulations is essential.
5. Prior experience in Qatar is highly preferred.
6. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
7. Must be available in Qatar and ready to join immediately.
