Job description

Job Title: Airport Services Duty Supervisor

We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join our Airport Operations team in Abha as an Airport Services Duty Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and control flight-handling activities such as Flight Editing, Check-in, Transfers, and Boarding to ensure high service standards.
2. Achieve customer satisfaction and on-time flight departures, effectively managing delays, disruptions, and denied boarding situations.
3. Deputize for the Airport Services Duty Officer and/or Airport Representative as needed.
4. Coordinate with GHA and airport departments to meet on-time performance targets.
5. Oversee the progress of flight closures and passenger boarding, supervising the airport team accordingly.
6. Facilitate ramp handling activities in liaison with GHA, caterers, fuels, maintenance, cargo, and crew to expedite departures.
7. Plan and allocate resources efficiently among Customer Service Agents to optimize manpower utilization.
8. Review aircraft allocations based on movement signals, late arrivals, and loads, ensuring all departments are informed of operational requirements.
9. Support the Airport Services Duty Officer during flight disruptions, misconnections, and denied boarding, providing necessary passenger facilities and support.
10. Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure the efficient operation of the work unit.
