Client of Byron Recruitment is seeking an experienced EAL educator for a Canadian curriculum international school in Doha. You will deliver high-quality, student-centered English language instruction and support students in achieving strong academic and personal outcomes.

You will plan lessons, differentiate instruction, assess progress, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and student wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ESL Education or a related subject.
• Recognized teaching qualification.
• Previous experience teaching EAL within a school setting.
• Strong subject knowledge.
• Ability to plan and deliver effective student-centered lessons.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a teaching team.
• Commitment to student wellbeing safeguarding and academic achievement.
• Professional level of spoken and written English.
