Overview

• Manage independent cost estimation and provide cost advice for developing and implementing various capital, production, maintenance, HSE, and refinery shutdown projects.
• Execute cost estimates for in-house plant modifications aimed at optimizing and improving refinery processes, production, and HSE requirements.

Experience

• Minimum 12 years of oil and gas experience in cost estimation, contractor interface, planning, and costing.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills, combined with good presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, with leadership, motivation, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Civil, Mechanical, or Process Engineering degree from an internationally recognized university.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Certified Cost Professional (CCP) from AACE are assets.
