Job Description
  • Assist in strategizing and presenting product ideas, solutions, and studies to senior stakeholders.
  • Assist in defining the product’s vision and features based on customer needs.
  • Execute or assist in research and studies to fulfill service requirements.
  • Analyze data scientifically and prepare visual reports for business decisions.
  • Work with the development team to interpret client requirements into feasible software solutions and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Participate in the entire software development process.
  • Act as the main contact point between teams and stakeholders.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Assist the scrum/product team to meet sprint objectives.
  • Refine each iteration of the product before release.
  • Identify areas for improvement focusing on user experience.
  • Communicate product status and gather inputs from customers and stakeholders.
IT Business Analysis
  • Identify project stakeholders, customer classes, and characteristics.
  • Assist in building customer journeys, business services, and process catalogs.
  • Gather, analyze, specify, and validate stakeholder needs.
  • Conduct interviews and workshops to gather requirements.
  • Perform impact analysis and ensure alignment across business and systems.
  • Develop and utilize structured methods to write requirements documents (BRDs).
  • Write requirements artifacts like user stories, use cases, and integration cases.
  • Review requirements to ensure correctness and alignment.
  • Create business and system process models using BPMN and UML.
  • Define requirements for mobile apps and dashboards.
  • Use modern requirements documentation tools.
  • Verify requirements for completeness and feasibility.
  • Track and manage requirement changes throughout the project.
  • Coordinate with UI/UX and content teams to fulfill business objectives.
  • Participate in quality assurance to optimize features.
  • Research and improve requirements gathering tools and methods.
  • Gather functional and non-functional requirements collaboratively.
  • Analyze existing systems for improvements.
  • Create detailed system design specifications.
  • Lead documentation efforts for user manuals and technical specs.

Education Background

  • Bachelor’s in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in product ownership, requirements analysis, and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in e-Government and e-Services domains preferred.
  • Previous software development experience.
  • Advanced certifications in business analysis or product ownership (e.g., CBAP, CPOA) are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English.
  • Data analytics skills, e.g., PowerBI.
  • Experience in related domains like company registration, licensing, etc., is a plus.
