We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, executing campaigns, and enhancing brand visibility across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, content creation, and SEO/SEM.
  • Oversee the design and production of promotional materials (brochures, flyers, videos, etc.).
  • Manage and maintain the company's online presence, including website updates and social media accounts.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver consistent branding and messaging.
  • Organize and manage events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
  • Prepare and manage marketing budgets and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Monitor and evaluate marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role (minimum 3–5 years).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in marketing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, Mailchimp) and CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) is a plus.
