JOB TITLE

Community Lead | Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle | Market

ROLE SUMMARY

The Community Marketing Lead is responsible for creating brand awareness and building brand loyalty through community activations. The role focuses on building relations with local relevance and creating meaningful long-term relationships with studios and brand ambassadors to reach new guests and diversify lululemon's community.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Building relationships with shopping centers and community studios.
  • Managing community initiatives related to costs, ensuring compliance with the budget.
  • Building strong professional relationships with Store Ambassadors & Store teams.
  • Organizing and overseeing photoshoots with ambassadors and local athletes in the community.
  • Ensuring compliance with brand standards at all times.
  • Liaising with and leveraging relationships with key players in the local athletic communities/studios.
  • Being a brand guardian for any community requests, ensuring smooth communication and implementation of events.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related subject; a Bachelor's degree is an asset.
  • 5+ years in marketing or event management, ideally in the fitness field.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must be a team player.
