About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Delivery to lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital, data, and AI transformation programs for our banking and financial services clients. This role requires a dynamic leader who combines deep delivery rigor with a sharp strategic vision, and an ability to engage senior stakeholders across geographies.

You will drive successful program execution, scale agile delivery frameworks, and partner with cross-functional teams to unlock business value and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of large-scale digital, AI, and data transformation initiatives across banking and financial services accounts.
• Oversee a global delivery model with distributed teams, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
• Partner with client stakeholders (including CxOs) to define strategic roadmaps and align delivery to business outcomes.
• Drive operational efficiency, productivity improvements, and cost optimization across programs.
• Embed Agile and SAFe practices into delivery teams and lead Agile transformation initiatives.
• Establish KPIs and governance models to improve transparency, manage risks, and ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and innovation teams to shape and deliver transformational solutions.
• Develop talent, mentor delivery leaders, and foster a high-performance culture.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in IT delivery leadership, with proven success in global delivery and client management.
• Strong expertise in banking and financial services domain (Retail, Commercial, or Investment Banking).
• Experience with AI, data platforms, cloud technologies, and digital product delivery.
• Demonstrated success in managing multimillion-dollar transformation programs and analytics solutions.
• Proven ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders and business leaders.
• Deep understanding of Agile/SAFe delivery models, DevOps, and modern SDLC methodologies.
• Strong business acumen with a focus on client value, growth, and operational excellence.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in consulting or global technology services firms.
• Certifications: PMP, SAFe, Agile Coach, or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
• Exposure to regulatory frameworks in BFSI (nice to have).
