1. Preparation of System Architecture
2. Preparation of BOM & Cost Estimation
3. Preparation of Manhour Estimates
4. Drafting of Techno-Commercial Offers
5. Review & Verification of Customer Specs and compliance statements

Post-Award Stage: Detailed Engineering

1. Detailed Engineering
2. Preparation of BOM & Cost Estimation and Ordering on Factory & Vendors
3. Cost and Schedule Adherence
4. Customer Meetings

Panel-Build & FAT

1. Detailed Engineering for Panel Build
2. Cost and Schedule Adherence
3. Customer Meetings
4. Leading FAT Software Development & FAT

Application Development & Verification

1. Supervising Application Development
2. Verification of Application Accuracy
3. Schedule Adherence
4. Customer Meetings

Commissioning & Interface

1. Hands-On Commissioning of Foxboro Triconex System & associated systems at site
2. Liaising & leading 3rd party system engineers for interfacing with DCS

Competencies & Engineering

1. FEED and Detailed Engineering of Safety Systems and Panels
2. Safety Control network interface and Tie-Ins
3. Hardware & Software Engineering for Triconex Systems (DCS)
4. Design basis, IO finalization, FAT participation, vendor review & approval
5. Interface with Advanced Process Control systems and OPC

Project Planning & Testing

1. Planning & Execution of Pre-FAT / FAT / SAT
2. Witnessing SAT, Loop, and Function Tests for Telecom and other systems

Educational & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering or Equivalent
• 10+ Years as Discipline Engineer
• Safety Systems Competencies
