Job Description

Social Media & Influencer Manager

This position is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engagement. Additionally, he/she will cultivate and manage relationships with influencers to amplify our brand reach.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals
  • Create engaging and shareable content across various social media platforms
  • Generate creative and compelling content, including graphics, videos, and written copy
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure visual consistency and brand messaging
  • Identify and establish relationships with relevant influencers in the industry
  • Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand values and marketing objectives
  • Conceptualize and execute social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance social media presence
  • Respond promptly to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role for at least 4years
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
  • Experience in influencer marketing and relationship management
  • Strong creative and writing skills, with an eye for visual aesthetics
  • Proficient in social media analytics tools
